Meet Your Mayor!
Without being too political, here’s a fun way to get to know your local Mayor
story and photos by Ami Brown
We decided it was about time to include some politics into the Southport Magazine, Southport Magazine Style that is! No boring stuff, just ten fun questions each Mayor could answer. We contacted our five local Mayors of Southport, Oak Island, Boiling Spring Lakes, Caswell Beach, and Saint James. Each town has a separate council and elected officials. We hope you enjoy this article, and remember when you see your mayor, make sure to thank them. They have a hard job and they all are doing it pretty well.
