Lucy is the Winner
After dozens of emails, discussions and almost 50 entries, Lucy is our cover choice. This year was the most difficult so far, there were more than 50 great photos and cute pets to choose from. A
Lucy is a 3 1/2 year old WHOODLE. (A hybrid, soft coat Wheaton Terrier crossed with a Poodle) She is actively involved with local agility and even has a few first place ribbons. The photo is her in one of the agility tunnels.
Oak Island residents, Ronnie and Beverly Weinstein are the owners of Lucy and were thrilled for her to be on the cover. They got Lucy in South Carolina when she was just a wee puppy about 12 weeks old. You might see Lucy around town, at the yoga studio where she loves to hang out or posing for photos. Congratulations Lucy!
